Dan and his translation team work in of a variety of offices; however, very few customers need to come to us. All that is needed to complete your certified translation is a scanned copy, picture, or faxed copy of the document that you need translated (such as your birth certificate, marriage certificate, passport, driver's license, and a variety of other documents). The US Government allows scanned copies for submission to USCIS, the Department of State, and many other state, local and federal agencies.

 

Here's how our simple process works:

 

1) Submit your document (such as your birth certificate) by email

2) Receive a quote within 1 to 2 hours

3) Pay using Paypal. We'll send a link for payment in an email sent directly from PayPal

4) Receive an email attachment (USCIS Electronic Submission Copy) of your translated document 

5) And, receive via USPS hard-copies of your certified and stamped translation.

 

Most translations are completed and returned within 2 to 4 hours.

 

Translation Rates

 

Standard fee: $0.07 - $0.14 per word  (Price based upon length and complexity of documents)

One page birth or marriage certificate: $38, Two page certificates: $56, Three pages: $72

Driver's license (any country, front and back): $28

Certification of Translation: $12; $26 if notarization is required (not common).

USCIS Electronic Submission Copy: $0 (Included free of charge)
