Rates for Translation, 2015

Translation Rates

 

• Standard fee: $0.07 - $0.14 per word  (Price based upon length and complexity of documents)

• Birth certificate or marriage certificate: $38 [acta de nacimiento, partida de nacimiento, registro civil de nacimiento]

• Driver's license (any country, front and back): $28

• Certification of Translation: $12; $26 if notarization is required (not common).

• USCIS Electronic Submission Copy: $0 (Included free of charge)

• Document Shipping:

  • First Class Mail: $0, no additional charge

  • USPS 2-day Priority Mail: $6

  • Overnight delivery, nationwide: $20

 

All of our documents are translated by hand, and then stamped, signed and certified.  We never use or endorse the use of translation devices.  All translations are completed by university trained linguists and native speakers of English and Spanish. Translation is a specialized skill, and for this reason, all of our translators have many years of experience and all documents are double checked and proofed for accuracy. We stand behind all of our work.

 

Here's how our simple process works:

 

1) Take a picture or scan your document, and then email to: dan.hickman@sespanish.com or fax: 877-470-1177,

2) Receive a quote within 1 to 2 hours,

3) Pay using Paypal or we can send an invoice,

4) Receive an email attachment (USCIS Electronic Submission Copy) of your translated document, 

5) And, receive via USPS hard-copies of your certified and stamped translation.

 

Most translations are completed within 2 to 4 hours.
